With multiple gym based training options to suit your needs, you will get the results you need to improve your sports performance, assist with weight loss or rehabilitation. We also offer free instructional fitness tips and nutritional tips.
There are no lock in memberships or cancellation fees. Once you sign up with us, you have unlimited access to all gym facilities, guided classes and gym space. We strive to keep all of our classes safe, specific, challenging and enjoyable! Come down and join in!

Why a surf gym?
There are many gyms within Sydney and the world. Our gym's programs are not generic training for all sports but for surfing only. We also help you to improve your overall well being.
I am a beginner, does that matter?
Regardless of your age, ability and surf craft. We train professionals, intermediate and beginner.
